It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Forney of Bellevue, Ohio, born in Kirby, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Thiel and Armella Thiel (Stark); her daughter Karen Hammersmith; and her brothers, Carl Thiel and Louis "Bud" Thiel.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Forney; her daughters, Sharon Haddox of Bellevue and Patricia Jaques (Robert) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Holly Bollenbacher, Dana Haddox-Wright, Derek Haddox, Neal Hammersmith, Jessica Jaques and Chad Jaques. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
