He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Mulvane); his children, Mike Evans (Leslie Fritz), Nadine McClenathan (John) and Brenda Fannin (Douglas); his grandchildren, Tara Paine, Courtney Osborne, Jordan Evans, Kassidi Fannin, Zachary McClenathan and Emily Henson; his sister Nancy Neer; and his half-sisters, Darlene Dirnberg and Linda Gittinger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice in Duane's memory.
