She is survived by: her children, Joann Collins of Bellevue, Beverly Jean Ballard (Michael) of Bowling Green, Charlene Collins (Leonard) of Barberton, Peggy Lee Furin (Dave) of Newcomerstown and Bernard Daniel Wittenmyer (Evelyn) of Tennessee; and her brother Leon J. Chambers (Shirley) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren.
