He is survived by: his parents, James Lott and Carol Lott (Carter); his wife Jodi Lott (Hartley); his children, Erin Wilson (Dylan), Evan Engelhart (Allyson), James Lott (Kelsie), Olivia Lott and Cole Lott; his granddaughter Ella Engelhart; his sister RoseMary Ferguson (Michael); his father-in-law William Hartley; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Hartley-Brown (Michael), Lori Ferenczy (Steve) and Jeff Hartley (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foos and Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Parkhurst Cemetery (6731 OH-101, Clyde, OH 43410).
