She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard E. Sr. Rupp and Elsie Rupp (Chase); her husband William R. "Bill" Ruffing; her sons, Paul Ruffing (Nicole) of Bellevue, Greg Ruffing of Bellevue and Billy Ruffing (Eugenea) of Bellevue; and her sisters, Joyce Kriews and Anita Coughlin. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
