He is survived by: his wife Maria Cuevas Guthrie; his children, Shawn Guthrie and Jerry Guthrie, Jr.; his siblings, Donna Guthrie, Dennis Guthrie and Reverend Mike Guthrie; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Diana Below, Norma Traub, Marilyn Sue Cuevas, Danny Cuevas and Eddie (Doretta Cuevas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
