She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Alesch and Ann Marie Alesch (Yonke); her daughter Andrea Colvin; her stepdaughter Jodi Brandal; her stepgrandson Joshua Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Alesch and Sarah Strause.

She is survived by: her children, John Moyer (Kim) of Bellevue, Susan Hennard (David) of Cincinnati and Teresa Shetzer of Fremont; her son-in-law James E. Colvin Jr.; her stepchildren, Veronica Godfrey (Tim) of Bellevue, Dawn Miller of Huron and Brent Brandal (Jackie) of Huron; her grandchildren, Chelsea Moyer, Courtney Payne (Joel), John Moyer II, Jessica Barnett (Kyle), James E. Colvin III (Taylor), Paige Shetzer and Ryan Shetzer; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Santiago, Adam Godfrey, Shane Brandal, Brittan Miller, Brett Miller, Braun Miller and Brooklyn Marshall; her brothers, John "Jack" Alesch of Florida and Robert Alesch (Wenda) of Findlay; her sister-in-law Sharon Mowry of Bellevue; and her friend Margy Myers. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 7 step great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811).
