He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta O'Brien (Hamrick) and Alfred O'Brien; his wife Deborah K. "Debbie" O'Brien; and his brother-in-law Jay Quiggle. He is survived by: his sons, Joey C. O'Brien II of Norwalk, Jason E. O'Brien of Norwalk and Justin M. O'Brien of Bellevue; and his siblings, Kim Quiggle of Myrtle Beach, SC, Connie Christy (Robert) of Galivantz Ferry, SC and Dan O'Brien (Denise) of Alliance, OH. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
