Sadly, Larry V. Akers of Bellevue, Ohio, born in Lackey, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Akers and Mabel Akers (Slone); his son Rodney Ryan Akers; and his granddaughter Abigail Renee Akers. He is survived by : his wife Lucretta "Critter" Akers (Vanderpool); his children, Tammy Wallhead (Dan Osborne) of Willard, Bill Akers (Elizabeth) of Willard, Jill Gosselin (Rick) of Avon, Ohio and Julie Chandler (Shaun) of Bellevue, Ohio; and his siblings, Ronnie Akers (Jamie) and Jeanie Bell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 4:00 PM at 220 Walton St. E., Willard, OH 44890.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
