It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loretta Hoy of Bellevue, Ohio, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Keefe and Annabelle Keefe (Loughner); her brother Don Keefe; her brother-in-law Jack Noel; and her pet Mia.

She is survived by : her sons, Tim Hoy (Heather) of Sandusky, Duane Hoy of Rio Dell, CA, Douglas Hoy, MD (Cindy) of Clyde and Steve Hoy (Christine) of Floresville, TX.; her grandchildren, Ellen, Jared, Kevin Hoy, Serena Stamper (Damian), Tegan Wood, Carlotta Hoy and Steven Hoy; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Serenity Stamper, Cameron Wall and LilyAna Hoy; her siblings, Robert Keefe (Roberta) of Lancaster, KY and Joyce Noel of Meadville, PA; and her sister-in-law Sue Keefe of North Glen, CO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to The Arthritis Foundation, or the Huron County Humane Society.
