He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Cramer and Bernadine Cramer (Hailfinger); his son Brian Cramer; his grandson Dylan Frazier; his brothers, William R. Cramer and Forrest L. Cramer; and his half-siblings, Clayton James Todd and Jean Pittenger (Todd).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Cramer (Faulkner) of John's Lutheran Church; his sister Renee Strayer (Barry); his children, Forrest R. Cramer (Susan), Lisa Arp (Steven), Lorna Frazier (Michael) and Norman C. Cramer (Joan); and his grandchildren, Mandy Bova (Jarvis), Cassie Wang (Jeff), Kenneth Arp (Bethany), Angela Cramer, Cody Cramer (Ellen), Christopher Frazier (Jennie), Jordan Marvin (Cory), Forrest B. Cramer (Megan), Jazmine Cramer and Nickolas Cramer. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
