She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Woolstenholmes and Florence Annie Woolstenholmes (Tyler); and her great grandchild Jackson Lee Holzwart. She is survived by: her husband Roger Holzwart; her children, Bradley Holzwart (Beverly) and Suzanne McGinnis (Alan); her sisters, Brenda Tait of Ramsey, England and Susan Anderson (James) of Casselberry, Florida.; her grandchildren, Danielle Sterling (Steven), Ashley Egan (Jacob), Madison Holzwart, Aaron McGinnis (Victoria) and Alicia McGinnis; and her great grandchildren, Landen Sterling, Lincoln Sterling, Caiden Sterling, Ruby Egan and Eloise Egan.

At Mum's request, rather than send flowers, please send memorials in her honor to the The Bellevue Alumni Association, P.O. Box 191, Bellevue, Ohio 44811 to help continue her legacy.
