Phil Cloud Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cloud and Eugenia Cloud; his son Jeffrey William Cloud; his sister Mary Wittes (Ernie); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Smith, Richard Borchardt and Jackie.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Borchardt Cloud; his sons, Bryan Cloud and Kevin Cloud (Thuan Ngo); his granddaughters, Alysse and Ava; his siblings, Stephen Cloud (Cindy), Rick Cloud and Ruth Fries (Greg); and his sisters-in-law, Jan Smith and Marylin Borchardt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
