He is survived by : his parents, Randy Lynn and Theresa Marie Ulery, Sr. (Spicer); his wife Crystal A. Ulery (McDonnell); his family, Bryana Lynn McDonnell of Bellevue, Kayla S. Mackall of Holiday, FL and Dylan J. Mackall of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Abel Nolan Armstrong, Avah Virginia Grace Armstrong and Kai River Mackall; his brothers-in-law, Tom McDonnell (Molly) of Columbus and Rodney McDonnell of Irving, TX; his uncle Larry Ulery; and his cousins, Ronnie Ulery, Jr. and Sierra Keys. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his name to the family.
