She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Cook and Beatrice Cook (McClure); and her brothers, Robert Cook and Richard Cook. She is survived by: her husband Mason "Bill" Ward; her daughters, Tamra Hay (Jeff), Kimberly Sharlow (Michael) and Deborah Winke (Craig); and her grandchildren, Michaela Sharlow, Turner Hay, Kamryn Sharlow, Sydni Rodriguez, Gracyn Hay and Cooper Winke.
