He was predeceased by : his parent Merle Howland; his son Holton Howland; his nephew Alex Howland; and his siblings, Merle Howland Jr. and Roxanne Leyva.

He is survived by : his mother Teet Howland (Felty) of Waterford, Michigan; his wife Jessica (Walters); his children, Hunter Howland of Columbus and Luellyn Howland of Bellevue; his sisters, Kimberly Hoisington of Lewiston, MI, Robin Howland of Sioux Falls, SD and Pamela Taylor of Waterford; and his in-law James R. Walters Jr.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811).
