Though Sam may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sam touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo DeBlase and Josephine DeBlase (Luzio); his wife Beverly (Long); his sons, Kevin and Keith; and his brothers, Charlie and Tony DeBlase.
He is survived by: his daughters, Faith Weber (Mike) of Bellevue, Laura Thompson (Steve) of Bellevue and Cathy Nasonti (Ed) of Bellevue; and his siblings, Frank DeBlase, Joe DeBlase of Bellevue and Angie Schlett of Bellevue. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
