She is survived by : her mother Lisa Cooper; her stepmother Melissa Colvin; her husband Jeremy Nay; her children, Kaden Nay, Nevaeh Nay, Chase Honaker and Jasmine Nay; her siblings, Travis Colvin (Jailen), Summer Colvin (Zach Butts), Jamie Bond (Brian), Angel Coonrod (Kris), Taylor Honaker and Faith Honaker; her grandfather Elbert Honaker; and her nieces and nephews, Carson, Jaxson of Milo, AJ, Savannah, Becca, Anthony, Ryleigh, Evangelyne, Leonel, Camia and Damien.
