He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Rachul and Jane Rachul (Gallagher); his siblings, John Bombard and Marilyn Jackson; his brother-in-law Wayne Jackson; his nephew Wayne Jackson Jr.; and his mother-in-law Betty Holbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rachul (Hoover-Holbrook); his daughter Samantha Kissel (Peyton Nestor); his sister Diane Williford Beck; his siblings-in-law, Junnie Valentine (Ken), Hattie Dingess (Jamie), Judy Bombard and Shane Holbrook; and his father-in-law Jerry Holbrook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
