She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Evelyn Smith (Maines); her husband Charles L. Parks; her great grandchild Elijah Sherman-Parks; and her siblings, Ralph Smith, Elsie Meyer and Sandy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Parks (Grace) of Clyde and Rita Parks-Moore of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Charles D. Parks Jr., Lawrence Dwight Moore Jr., Richard Garcia, Kathy Garcia, Sandy Garcia and Jessica Garcia; and her siblings, Jack Smith (Melissa), Larry Smith (Laura), Virgie Sherwood, Ruth Wilson, Deb Cantu and Linda Parks. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
