Steve Sharpe Obituary

We announce the death of Steve Sharpe of Bellevue, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 69. Steve will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sharpe and Carolyn Sharpe (Valentine); his sister Barbara "Sis" Kuhn; his uncle Jim Sharpe; and his father-in-law Richard Slingwine.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Slingwine) of Bellevue; his children, Aaron Sharpe of Bellevue, Shilee (Nathan Giles) of Willard and Cyleen (Kaleb Robertson) of Clyde; his mother-in-law Katie Slingwine (Tom) of Clyde; his sister Louann Reinhart (Larry) of Fostoria; his siblings-in-law, Gene Kuhn (Carol) of Tiffin, Karen Pelton (Paul) of Bellevue, Amy Nagel (Todd) of Attica, Gail Channing (Richard) of Clyde and Marc Slingwine (Erika) of Republic; his niece Nicki Schreiner (Derrick) of New Riegel; and his nephews, Randy Kuhn (Penny) of Tiffin, Steve Reinhart of Tiffin and Tyler Reinhart (Taylor) of Tiffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (609 Vine St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
