It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Galliers Ruppert of Bellevue, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Ruppert and Kathryn Ruppert of Bellevue, Ohio.. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis A. Chambers-Ruppert; his children, Matthew Ruppert (Tiffany), Amy Ruppert-Cannon (Bill) and Noel Ruppert-Morris (AJ); his grandchildren, Matthew (Amber), Kaitlyn (Danny), Alexandra (Montana), Wayne (Kaitlyn), Emma, Ethan and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Aayla, Scarlette, Greyson and Lilith. He is also survived by nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Clayton Fire Co. in his honor.
