He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Laviola and Mable Laviola (Barnard); and his siblings, James Laviola and Mary Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Raifsnider); his children, Joseph Laviola (Ashley) of Findlay and Nicole Eads (Dillon) of Lexington, SC; his grandchildren, Myah Eads, Jonah Laviola, Asher Laviola and Landen Eads; his sister Joanne Engler (Gary) of Bellevue; and his in-laws, Ronald and Mary Alice Raifsnider of Bellevue.
