Zachary Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2026, at the age of 31, Zachary Smith of Bellevue, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Philip Smith; his grandparents, Donnie Joe Smith, Robert and Janice Ommert; and his cousin Sandy Grose.

He is survived by: his mother Stacy Smith (Ommert) of Bellevue; his son Henry Leo Smith of Findlay; his sisters, Micaela Smith (Justin Everhardt) of Bellevue and Annalise Harner (Gabriel) of Bellevue; his grandmothers, Lillian Smith of Sandusky and Beverly Ommert of Bellevue; and his aunts, Kerry Phillips (Larry) of Wooster, Jodie Brown (Dana) of Port Clinton and Jenny Smith of Sandusky.

Memorials may be made to the family for an education fund to be established to benefit Zach's son, Henry.
