He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mellott (Beth), Terri Ramey, Jody Haserodt (Benjamin), Lori Workman (John) and Jerry Mellott; his grandchildren, Jessica Long (Damien), Abigail Ross (Nick), Andrew Ramey (Meg), Sarah Ringsted (Bryan), Megan Haserodt (Drew), Rose Haserodt, Mac Workman (Olivia), Gus Workman (Clara), Joey Workman, Ben Mellott, Lauren Mellott and Grace Mellott; and his great grandchildren, Calvin, Wade, Desmond, Pierce, James Thomas, Ava and Penelope.
