He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Partin and Maude Partin (Hensley); his siblings, Robert Partin, Lorraine Walters, Verla Jean Cline, Dolly Hardwick (Marge), Joan Boyer and Judith Partin; his granddaughter Kaylee; and his close friend Cecil Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Mae Kurtz; his children, Susan Yates (Joseph), Brenda Beiwinkler, Diane Partin and Michael Partin (Patricia); his grandchildren, Larry, Jeremiah, Zachariah, Joshua, Haley, Katelyn, Ryan, Taylor, Mitchell, Cayden, Christina, Jeremy, Tia, Kenneth (Hoss), Michael, Trisha and Jacob; and his siblings, Richard Partin (Cindy) and Linda Partin. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
