He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burch and Helen Burch (Bland). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Burch (Earley); his children, John Burch (Lucinda) of Owen, Wisconsin and Yvonne Mercer (Matthew) of Chaska, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Danielle Burch, Benjamin Burch, Rachel Mercer and Ryan Mercer; and his sister Nancy Smith.
