He was predeceased by: his father Thomas A. Carroll, Jr.; his grandparents, Thomas A. Carroll, Sr., Wathena A. Carroll, Kenneth O'Diam and Mary O'Diam; and his uncles, Gilbert Carroll and David O'Diam.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Carroll (Urschel); his sons, Garrett Carroll and Brayden Carroll; his mother Mary Carroll (O'Diam); his sister Patricia Fackler (David); his parents-in-law, Sharon Urschel and Kenneth Urschel; his daughter-in-law Jillian Ericsson; and his pet Charlie.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Bellville Butler Chapel (81 Mill Rd, Bellville, OH 44813). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Church of Christ (195 W Durbin Ave, Bellville, OH 44813).

In lieu of flowers, contributions to New Life Church of Christ (https://newlifebellville.com), The Livestrong Foundation, or Hospice of Central Ohio may be brought to the services or sent to the funeral home.
