He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Flenner and Valoris Flenner (Arehart); and his brother Richard Flenner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Flenner; his daughters, Deborah Miller (Scott) and Denise Flenner; and his grandchildren, Trenton Flenner, Austin Miller and Alysia Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
