She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Douglass and Glenna Douglass (Gilbert); her husband Raymond John Barylak; and her siblings, Albert Douglass and Evelyn Grimes.
She is survived by: her brother Dennis Douglass (Bobbie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
