She is survived by: her husband Roger Perkins (Belmont); her daughter Jennifer (David Pittman); her son-in-law David Pittman of Beallsville; her daughter Sara of Alexandria, VA; and her grandchildren, Carrie, Madison and Daniel Pittman.
