He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martin and Peggy Piper Kuhn; his great-grandparents, Paul and Marlene Gates Scott, Sr.; and his great-uncle Daniel Scott.
He is survived by: his parents, Kaitlyn Marie Scott Kuhn of Belmont and Matthew Martin Kuhn of St. Clairsville, Ohio; his brothers, Nolan Martin Kuhn of Belmont and Tucker Emerson Kuhn of Belmont; and his grandmothers, Mary Beth Scott of Belmont and Helen Kuhn Herbert of St. Clairsville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
