He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Clark and Ruth Jeanette Harbourt (Lynn). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Harbourt (Pfouts); his children, Susan Weaver, Richard Lee Harbourt, Jr. and Charlyn Harbourt; his grandchildren, Michael Harbourt, Christopher Biery, Justin Biery (Jennifer) and Terra Jeanette Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Meredith, Christine, Jalyn, Jacob and Timmy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hope Assembly of God (67667 Warnock St Clairsvi Rd, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
