He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Noriega and Paula Noriega (Garza); and his siblings, Macario Noriega, Jesus Noriega, Robert Noriega, Ricardo Noriega, Adolfo Noriega, Ruben Noriega, Rolando Noriega, Ernesto Noriega and Dalia Noriega.
He is survived by: his children, Arnulfo "A. J." Noriega, Jr. (Joy) and Casandra Noriega; his grandchildren, Adam Noriega, Kaylynn Bugel (Pierre), Ari Hindall and Ava Hindall; and his siblings, Armando Noriega (Maria), Reynaldo "Rey" Noriega, Raul Noriega and Olga Escobedo (Eduviges).
The family suggests memorials to the Leipsic Food Pantry or West Ohio Food Bank.
