She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Posey and Jessie Posey (Crist); her husband Larry Bales; her children, Robert "Bobby" Austin and Elizabeth "Beth" Bales; and her stepchildren, John Austin and Sue Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Owen, Gary Bales, Ted Austin, James Austin (Julie), Cindy Schmid (Bob), George Austin (Jessica), Jeff Austin (Tammy) and David Bales; and her sister Lois Davis. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Testament Baptist Church (3583 OH-59, Ravenna, OH 44266). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (264 S 12th St, Beloit, OH 44609).
