Lee A. Kornick Obituary

The memory of Lee A. Kornick of Beloit, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2026 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Lee is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Kornick and Gretchen Kornick (Braunroth). He is survived by: his wife Deanna Oliverio; his daughters, Jaclyn Kornick and Kimberly Caruso (Rob); his grandchildren, Shelby and Sebastian; and his brothers, David Kornick and Gregory Kornick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel United Church of Christ (25701 Buck Rd, Beloit, OH 44609).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that monetary donations be made to the food pantry at Bethel United Church of Christ, located at 25701 Buck Rd, Beloit, OH 44609.
