He is survived by: his former wives, Bonnie Davis and Helen Urbania-Davis; his daughters, Karrie Mann (David) and Angela Cunningham (Dan); and his grandchildren, Ashley Condon (Tyler), Samantha Cunningham, Sierra Cunningham and Daniel Cunningham.
