Neely; her daughter Heather Tanner (Brian) of Williamstown, WV; her siblings, Martha Olvera (Victor) of Houston, TX, Mark Hoce (Malinda) of Parkersburg and Peter Hoce of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Ashlea Wood (Zach) and Kristen Clem (Clay Elliott); her close friend Kim Radzat; and her pet Stubby.
