It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernita M. Werner of Belpre, Ohio, born in Grantsville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard McCoy and Geraldine Stevens McCoy; her husband Roger Marcellus; her siblings, Carolyn Ratliff and Steve McCoy; her sister-in-law Diane McCoy; and her aunt Eileen Yolk.
She is survived by : her children, David Marcellus of Belpre, Larry White of Parkersburg and Jane Stevens (David) of Sherwood, AK; her siblings, Alice Shanks (Dick) of Coolville and Ron McCoy of Belpre; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Ratliff and Teresa McCoy. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
