It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bradford Paul Shutts of Belpre, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul P. Shutts and Ottie M. Patterson Shutts of Belpre. He is survived by: the mother of his children Janet L. Horner Shutts; his children, Leanne Deem (Steven) of Belpre, Molli Shutts of Belpre, John Shutts (Courtney) of Belpre and Spencer Shutts (Courtney) of Eleanor, W. V; his grandchildren, Brandon, Emily Allen, Krislyn, Annelee, Maddison, Caitin, Layton, Jack Shutts, Kaleb, Aaron, Sammy Deem and Bryson McKinley; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Colten and Maddelynn Allen; his siblings, Karen Page (David), Maureen Shutts and Chad Shutts; his parents-in-law, John and Patricia Horner; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Lajuana McPherson; and his close friends, Kathy Taylor and Shirley Ducarme. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
