He is survived by: his wife Beth Hall Purkey; his children, Chris Pribble, Tia Worstell (Jean), Earl Worstell (Kristen) and Kelley Vacheron (Phillip); his grandchildren, Megan Wine (Kyle), Brittany Bartlett (Jaye), Zachar Pribble (Austyn), Eric Worstell (Jacqueline), Emily Brenstuhl (Sebastian), Ariel Vacheron, Alyssa Vacheron and Tristen Vacheron; his great grandchildren, Elijah Wine, Brady Wine and Anndee Bartlett; and his nephew Jared Azar (Carleen). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
