With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bud Parsons of Belpre, Ohio, born in Lockney, West Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Parsons and Eula Parsons; and his brothers, Okey Dee Parsons and Billie Gene Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Russell Parsons Jr. (Russ), Clifford Parsons (Denise) and Darlene Parsons (Jeff). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
