With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles P. Barrett of Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll J. Barrett and Clara L. Kestermier Barrett; his children, Steve and Kimberly Ann Barrett; and his siblings, David, Jim, Tom and Marita Oxender.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Wells (Chris); his granddaughters, Morgan and Elizabeth Wells; and his sister Susanne Scheid.
