He is survived by: his children, Randall T. Simmons and Jenny Simmons of Parkersburg, WV.; his niece Sharon Farnsworth (Simmons) of Marietta, OH; and his nephews, Kevin Simmons (Sandy) of Belpre, OH and Tim Simmons of Washington, WV.
