Barnett of Belpre, OH; his son Ron; his daughter-in-law Carol Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH; his stepchildren, Rita Nestor (Dave) of Mineral Wells, WV and Jim Pursley (Sheila) of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Robyn DeRosa (Mike) of Powell, OH, Steven Barnett (Allison) of Tuppers Plains, OH, Michael Barnett (Jessica) of Tuppers Plains, OH and Brittany Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH; his great grandchildren, Brady DeRosa of Powell, OH, Cooper Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH, Case Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH, Trace Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH, Aubrey Barnett of Tuppers Plains, OH and Cole Brookover of Tuppers Plains, OH; his stepgranddaughters, Stephanie Pickens (Bryce) of Belpre, OH, Sheri and Staci Pursley of Parkersburg, WV; his stepgreat-grandchild Chesney Douglas of Belpre, OH; and his siblings, Patty Kendig, Betty Springer, Ron Ballard and Ed Barnett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
