He is survived by: his wife Della "Kay" Meadows; his children, Christina Meadows and Gary "Will" Lockhart, Jr. (Dawn); his siblings, Perry Campbell (Stephanie) of Utah, Delores Ramos (Pete) of Texas, Martha Campbell of Texas, Nancy Hardman (Jimmie) of West Virginia, Helen Whitt (Clinton) of Virginia and Betty Harvey of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Christopher "Michael", Quinton, Courtney (Jay) and McKayla; and his great grandchildren, Carleigh, Cohen, Myia and Zaedyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
