He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Mercer and Hazel Mercer; and his brother Donald Mercer Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Chris Mercer (Becky) of Senecaville, OH and Daniela Haynes of Portland, TX; and his brother Jerry Mercer of Belpre, OH. He is also survived by three Grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren.
