He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Marshall and Kathryn Brooks Marshall; his daughter Brianne Marshall; his brothers, Rodney and Randy Marshall; and his great grandchild Kayden Dotson.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca E Marshall; his daughter Crystal Walters of Belpre; his stepchildren, Gregory Lee, David Lee (Tonya) and Jennifer Rockhold (Aaron); his grandchildren, Haley Putnam, Cheyenne Putnam, Devan Walters, Tara Walters Elizabeth Lee, Aurora Lee, Ben Rockhold, Nick Zeigler and Steven Ream; his great grandchildren, Colton, Maddie, Neveah, Hayden, Haisley and Oaklenn; his nephews, Shawn Marshall and Lantz Marshall; and his niece Adrianna Boone.
