He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Ray and Elizabeth Claire Clinton Conley; and his wife Carol Conley (Jean). He is survived by: his sons, David Conley Jr. (Ashley) of Dublin and Charles Conley of Belpre; and his siblings, Butch Conley (Kathy) of Parkersburg, WV and Mary Harris (Mike) of Parkersburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
