She is survived by: her children, Christina Meadows of Belpre, Ohio. and Gary "Will" Lockhart (Dawn) of Belpre, Ohio.; her nephew Johnathan Meadows; her grandchildren, Christopher M. Meadows, Quinton A. Lockhart, Courtney Cossin and McKayla Kay Lockhart; her great grandchildren, Myia Meadows, Zaedyn Meadows, Carleigh Cossin and Cohen Cossin; and her sisters, Stella M. Place and Cassandra Collins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Decatur United Methodist Church Cemetery.
